Where are the apartments located?

The majority of our apartments are located near the main square in Cracow right in the heart of the city on the Szczepanski Square. There are, however, a few which are also located in other areas of the city. For the precise location of an apartment you please check the apartments individual descriptions or e-mail us.

Are the apartments safe?

Yes. Both the area and the apartments are very safe. Some of the apartments are equipped with a safe and the apartments on Szczepanski Square also have a camera system in the building to ensure your safety.
Can you access the apartments by an elevator?
Only some of the apartments are accessible by elevator. Please check the individual description of the apartment to see if it is accessible by elevator or e-mail us. Generally majority of buildings in the old town in Krakow do not have elevators.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 1pm and check-out is by 11am. If you plan to leave at a later time, you may leave your luggage at our office on Szczepanski Square. Please arrange this with us before hand to ensure that someone will be there at the time that you want to leave it and at the time when you will pick it up as our office is not open all the time.

What makes these apartments so attractive?

Our apartments are very attractive for several reasons. Firstly they are large, very comfortable, fully furnished individual apartments. In each you will find a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. Secondly they are much larger then the average hotel room and offer all the comforts of a home. Thirdly they are located right in the heart of the city.

What are the apartments equipped with?

We try our best to ensure that you feel right at home in our apartments. That is why the apartments are equipped with TV’s (majority have satelite television) and a washing machine. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a stove. Also in each apartment there is a hair drier, an iron and an ironing board for your convenience. In the apartments on the Szczepanski square there is also wireless internet in the building.

Are bed sheets and towels provided?

Yes. In addition if you stay with us longer then a week, we will provide you with an additional set of fresh towels and sheets for your convenience during the weekly cleaning.

Are there additional cleaning costs for the apartment?

No. Everything is included in the price. If you stay with us for over a week there is a weekly cleaning service provided. If you wish to have additional cleaning service, you may do so at an additional charge.

What are the conditions for a reservation?

In order to confirm your reservation you must make a deposit of 20% of the total price. Only under special circumstances do we confirm a reservation without a deposit, however, that is left at our discretion. You may make a deposit through a money transfer or with a credit card. Reservations without a deposit are considered tentative.

How may I make a reservation?

There are two ways to make a reservation.
If you have chosen an apartment which suits your needs please fill out our online reservation form which you may access after choosing the apartment and dates.
If you do not know which apartment you would like to reserve, you may send us the details of your trip (date or arrival, date of departure, number of guests and size of the apartment) by going on the general reservation page and we will reply with proposals of availability.

What is the price for the rental of the apartment?

The price for the apartment is based on a per unit price, NOT per person. The prices very depending on the size of the apartment. We offer discounts for stays longer then seven days. If you rent an apartment with a larger number of people, the average cost per person is much smaller then in a hotel. The only fee which is charged per person is the local climate fee. This fee is for stays over one night and is charged upon your arrival. It is 1.60zl (.45cents) per person/per night.

Is there internet and a phone in the apartment?

All the apartments on Szczepanski Square have wireless internet, in other apartments this varies. For precise information please check each of the apartments individual descriptions.
None of the apartments have a land line. We do offer a cell phone rental service. For further information please contact us.

How far is it to the nearest taxi stand and a bus/tram stop?

From the Szczepanski Square where the majority of the apartments are found, the nearest taxi stand is 100 m away and the nearest bus/tram stops are 200 m away. For other apartments please see the individual description. Generally as all are located in the center they are as well very close to bus and tram stops.

What is the shortest and longest amount of time that I may rent an apartment for?

Our apartments are available for one night, a week, a month, and a year or longer. We will adjust to fit your schedule.

Are there any additional costs that I may incur?

Everything within the apartment is included in the price. What is not included are the parking fees and the climate fee which is charged upon your arrival. Also, if during your stay any thing in the apartment is damaged or broken there will be an additional repair/replacement fee charged.

Do you provide transport to and from the airport or organize any trips around Krakow?

We do provide transport to and from the airport. The cost varies depending on the amount of people and the airport (Krakow or Katowice). To enquire about the price or to make a reservation please e-mail us your date of arrival, flight number, time of arrival and airport.
