Terms and Conditions

Deposit for a reservation
Each reservation is secured with a deposit equivalent to a minimum of one nights charge.
 
The main form to secure your reservation is by credit card, in order for us to preauthorize it. By preauthorizing your card we are able to block a deposit amount until your arrival.
Other ways to secure your reservation are either by making a deposit on our account, or a payment on dotpay.eu done through the internet. 
 
International bank transfers
 
For guests making international bank transfers, please make sure to mark that all bank fees for the money transfer are taken from your account. In case that we incur additional bank money transfer fees on our account, they will be deducted from your reservation deposit and will be added to the total to be paid upon arrival.
 
Reservation Procedures
A reservation may be done online, by e-mail or by phone. 
Online Reservations
After the system checks if the apartment you are requesting is available on the given date, you will be asked to fill out an online reservation form. Acceptation of the Reservation Terms and Conditions, will result in an e-mail being sent to your account within 24 hours with information on how to secure the reservation. From this moment until you make a deposit your reservation is tentative. 
Once you have secured the reservation with a deposit, you will receive confirmation of the reservation. 
Reservations by e-mail
You may make a reservation by sending an e-mail to booking@aapt.pl or by completing an online form available on our website. Once we check the availability of the apartment, we will contact you with information regarding the deposit. Upon making the deposit you will receive a confirmation of the reservation.
Reservations by phone
Once we check the availability of the apartment, we will give you information regarding the different ways of making a deposit. Upon making the deposit you will receive a confirmation of the reservation from us.   You may find our phone number under “Contacts” on the top of the main page, as well as on the left hand side.
 
Cancellation policy for individual reservations:
In case of cancellation of more than 7 days prior to arrival your full deposit will be refunded.
 
In case of cancellation 7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival a onetime fee of €10 will be charged.
 
In case of cancellation later than 24 hours to your arrival a fee of one night will be charged.
 
In case of a no-show the full amount of the deposit will be kept. 
 
Deposit amount:
 
Reservations for 1 to 7 nights: 1 night charge
 
Reservations for 8 or more nights: 30% deposit
 
Group reservations: Please contact us for special terms and conditions. The deposit policy for groups is specified in the reservation e-mail. 
 
If absolutely necessary Antique Apartments Sp. z o. o.  reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or lower price.
 
Minimum nights policy:
During the off season and the week guest may rent apartments for one night or more. During the weekends in the high season on and on holidays, there is a minimum of a two nights rental. 
 
Cancellation policy for groups:
 
This policy varies depending on the amount of guests and the length of stay. 
Terms and conditions are stated in the reservation e-mail.   
  
Invoices for the deposit and final payment
 
Should you require an invoice for the deposit, please let us know within 7 days of making the deposit, as we are not able to issue invoices past that date for the deposit. Invoices for the remaining balance, paid upon arrival, can be issued within 7 days of the day when you make the remaining payment. 
 
Security deposit upon arrival - Pre authorization
 
Antique Apartments reserves the right to preauthorize a client’s credit card upon arrival as a security deposit.  The amount preauthorized on the credit card is a security measure.  At the time of preauthorization the funds are not charged to the credit card – but are blocked.  If a guest does not have a valid credit card, a cash security deposit may be required. 
 
Antique Apartments reserves the right to charge guests for any damages caused in the apartment, in the building or in the courtyard. A guest may also be charged for any remaining unpaid charges (i.e. breakfast) or for any additional costs incurred due to noise (i.e. Additional charges for having to call private security, loss of keys etc.). 
 
Airport Transfers
 
Our airport transfers are serviced by our private driver.  We do our best to ensure that we are on time and that you are satisfied with our service.  It is also why if you order this service, and have any difficulty finding the driver at the airport please contact us immediately.  If our driver waits for you at the airport without effect, you will be charged for the service.  This excludes flight delays which are beyond your control. 
Should you know that you do not want to take advantage of our airport transfer service more than half an hour prior to the arranged time of pick up, or that your flight is delayed we kindly ask that you phone us at + 48 664 05 66 05.
