Terms and Conditions
Deposit for a reservation
The main form to secure your reservation is by credit card, in order for us to preauthorize it. By preauthorizing your card we are able to block a deposit amount until your arrival.
Other ways to secure your reservation are either by making a 20% deposit on our account, or a 20% payment on allpay.eu done through the internet.
Until a deposit is made, your reservations will have the status of tentative.
Reservation Procedures
A reservation may be done online, by e-mail or by phone.
Online Reservations
After the system checks if the apartment you are requesting is available on the given date, you will be asked to fill out an online reservation form. Acceptation of the Reservation Terms and Conditions, will result in an e-mail being be sent to your account with a request to confirm the online reservation. By clicking on the link in the e-mail the reservation will be put into our system. Following this you will receive a second e-mail with information regarding the deposit. Once you have secured the reservation with a deposit, you will receive confirmation of the reservation.
Reservations by e-mail
You may make a reservation by sending an e-mail to info@aapt.pl or by completing an online form available on our website (under reservations for each apartment description.) Once we check the availability of the apartment, we will contact you with information regarding the deposit. Upon making the deposit you will receive a confirmation of the reservation.
Reservations by phone
Once we check the availability of the apartment, we will give you information regarding the different ways of making a deposit. Upon making the deposit you will receive a confirmation of the reservation from us. You may find our phone number under “Contacts” on the top of the main page, as well as on the left hand side.
Cancellation of a reservation:
The cancellation fee will only be charged it we are unable to fill the reservation. If we are able to fill the reservation the cancellation fee will not be charged. The cancellation fee depends on the length of the reservation.
1-4 night reservations
In case of cancellation 30 to 7 days prior to arrival a one time fee of €20 will be charged.
In case of cancellation 6 to 1 day prior to arrival a 1 night charge will be applied.
In case of a no show or a cancellation on the day of arrival the full amount will be charged.
5-7 night reservations
In case of cancellation 30 to 7 days prior to arrival a one time fee of €20 will be charged.
In case of cancellation 6 to 1 day prior to arrival a 30% of your whole stay charge will be applied.
In case of a no show or a cancellation on the day of arrival a 50% of your whole stay charge will be applied.
Reservations for more than 7 nights
In case of cancellation 30 to 7 days prior to arrival a one time fee of €20 will be charged.
In case of cancellation 6 to 1 day prior to arrival a 3 nights charge will be applied.
In case of a no show or a cancellation on the day of arrival a 7 nights charge will be applied.
If absolutely necessary Antique Apartments sp z o o , reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or lower price.
Invoices
Should you require an invoice for the deposit, please let us know within 7 days of making the deposit, as we are not able to issue invoices past that date for the deposit. Invoices for the remaining balance, paid upon arrival, can be issued within 7 days of the day when you make the remaining payment.
Pre authorization
Antique Apartments reserves the right to preauthorize a client’s credit card in case of any damages in the apartment. The amount preauthorized on the credit card is a security measure. At the time of preauthorization the funds are not charged to the credit card – but are blocked. Only if there are any damages in the apartment upon check out will the amount of damages be charged from the credit card.
Airport Transfers
Our airport transfers are serviced by our private driver. We do our best to ensure that we are on time and that you are satisfied with our service. It is also why if you order this service, and have any difficulty finding the driver at the airport please contact us immediately. If our driver waits for you at the airport without effect, you will be charged for the service. This excludes flight delays which are beyond your control.
Should you know that you do not want to take advantage of our airport transfer service more then half an hour prior to the arranged time of pick up, or that your flight is delayed we kindly ask that you phone us at + 48 664 05 66 05.
